Cancellation Policy

photograph sessions must be booked in advance and are not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received. Please be ready at your scheduled session time with your avatar, outfit, hair, accessories, and desired look prepared. If Drude Avi Art is traveling to your location, please make sure photography and rez permissions are available when necessary. Clients may choose to have Drude Avi Art come to their location or arrange to use a photography location provided by Drude Avi Art. Please communicate any specific poses, themes, backgrounds, people, props, or editing requests before the session whenever possible. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may have their payment transferred to one rescheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit or session payment. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting Drude Avi Art, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. If Drude Avi Art must cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of any payment made for the affected session. WAITLIST POLICY If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may request to be placed on the Drude Avi Art waitlist. If an opening becomes available, waitlisted clients will be contacted based on availability and scheduling needs. Openings are first come, first served and are not guaranteed until the appointment is confirmed. Being placed on the waitlist does not require payment and does not guarantee that an appointment will become available. PHOTO & EDITING POLICY Drude Avi Art specializes in Second Life photography and artistic avatar editing. Final images reflect the Drude Avi Art editing style while honoring the client's requested theme and overall vision. Please review your avatar, clothing, tattoos, accessories, and other details before the photography session. Major changes requested after editing has begun may require an additional fee. PAYMENT All prices are in Linden Dollars (L$) unless otherwise stated. Payment instructions will be provided when your session is booked.
